About Me:
I'm Jake Heger, a commercial real estate advisor with Lee & Associates specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial and office properties throughout Boston's northern suburbs. My goal is simple: to provide property owners, investors, and business owners with the market intelligence and local insight they need to make confident real estate decisions.
Before joining Lee & Associates, I worked for one of New England's largest commercial property owners and developers, where I gained valuable experience leasing and managing an 11 million square foot portfolio of industrial and office properties. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of what drives successful leasing strategies, asset performance, and long-term property value—knowledge I now apply every day on behalf of my clients.
As a broker, I spend much of my time tracking market trends, analyzing lease and sale activity, touring properties, and building relationships with owners and businesses throughout the region. Whether I'm helping a landlord lease vacant space, representing a company searching for its next facility, or advising an owner on the sale of an investment property, my focus is always on delivering thoughtful guidance and creating long-term value.

Outside of work, I'm fortunate to call Boston's North Shore home, where my wife and I are raising our three children. When I'm not meeting with clients or touring properties, you'll usually find me spending time with my family or trying to sneak in a round of golf.
